If you have forgotten your EVOWOW account password, you can recover access through the e-mail address registered to the account.
Request a New Password
- Open the Login page.
- Select Forgotten Password.
- Enter the account username.
- Complete the anti-spam check if one is displayed.
- Submit the new-password request.
E-mail Confirmation
EVOWOW will send a message to the e-mail address associated with the account. The message contains a link that confirms the password change.
Your password is not changed until you open the confirmation link.
- Open the confirmation link from the e-mail message.
- The website will display whether the request was completed successfully.
- After successful confirmation, you will receive a second e-mail containing a new automatically generated password.
- Use that password to log in to the website or game.
- After logging in, you can change it to a password of your choice.
Completing the recovery procedure also removes the account IP lock if one was enabled.
If You Did Not Request a Password Reset
Do not open the confirmation link. If you did not make the request, you can simply delete the message. Until the request is confirmed, your existing password remains unchanged.
