How do I move a character to another account?

A character can be moved from one EVOWOW account to another when the required conditions are met.

Requirements

• The owners of both accounts must agree to the transfer.
• The character and the accounts involved must not have an active ban.
• The account that currently owns the character must have 5 Donate Points. This is the transfer fee.

How do I request the transfer?

Use the Feedback page and provide:

• the character name;
• the username of the account you want to move the character to;
• the reason for the transfer — optional.

How does the procedure work?

After the request is received, the system generates a unique confirmation key. An e-mail containing this key is sent to the owners of both accounts.

Both owners must confirm the transfer by replying to the received e-mail and including:

• “I confirm”;
• the system key from the e-mail.

The key is generated automatically and is different for each e-mail.
