As a general rule, Voting Points are not refunded when you select and confirm the wrong item, character, or service.
Every shop purchase is recorded, so the team can check what was requested and whether the item or service was delivered.
When can Voting Points be restored?
Voting Points may be restored when there is a confirmed problem with the EVOWOW shop or system, for example when:
- the points were deducted but the item or service was not delivered;
- a system error caused the request to be completed incorrectly;
- another technical problem can be confirmed from the system records.
Before confirming a purchase
- Make sure you selected the correct character.
- Make sure you selected the correct currency.
- Review the item or service information carefully.
- Do not rush when confirming the request.
